When is your shipping cut off time?

Orders placed for in-stock items before 10am PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday will usually ship within one business day. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or deliveries.

Please note that we may have to verify your billing information. Any incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.

What shipping methods are available on the store?

The WD Store offers a variety of shipping and handling options at several different prices and delivery schedules through UPS®. Please visit UPS.com for specific delivery times and service availability for your area.

Standard Shipping: Delivered in 2-7 working days after leaving warehouse.

2 Day Shipping: Afternoon of the 2nd business day after leaving warehouse.

Next Day Shipping: Afternoon of the next business day after leaving warehouse.

If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day?
Selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. If your order was placed before our cut-off time of 10am PST, it would ship out of our warehouse on the same day otherwise it will ship on the next business day. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping.

WD Store currently offers One-Day and Two-Day Shipping to US territories – Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available in a week. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the product ships. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you can not change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system. If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

Shipping costs
