The Western Digital Online Store accepts MasterCard^®, Visa^®, American Express^®, and Direct Debit cards.

Please ensure the billing address information is as it appears on your credit card statement. We are unable to accept internationally issued credit cards.

Can I pay by check?
No. The only form of payment accepted is with a credit card.

When will you bill my Credit Card?
Your credit card will be billed after the item ships from our warehouse. This includes any preordered or backordered products. If your items are shipped separately you will be billed each time a product is shipped.

How do I get my tax refunded if I am a reseller or government purchaser?
Please fax a reseller permit or tax exempt document along with your order number to +353-61-230002. A sales tax or use permit is not acceptable. If you pay using a government IMPAC card, please include the following information in your fax: Your WD order number and the government department these products were purchased for.
